CORONEL Sp. z o.o. was established in 1997. Business from the very beginning of its activity dealt with vehicle interior equipment, previously these were mainly roof windows and fans for buses, specialized vehicles, campers and trailers, and currently the elements are used in many areas of the economy.

Currently, the company deals with: service forming of plastic elements, milling on CNC machines, water cutting, 3D printing, for the automotive, agricultural, food, medical, construction, advertising and other industries

Equipment elements are made by vacuum forming from various types of plastics, this method is the leading technology at CORONEL Sp. z o. o.

Forms for the elements are made using milling CNC machines, based on 3D models. Form making process and cutting details is developed with professional CAD/CAM programs (Solidworks, Rhinoceros).

The company has a rich machinery array: vacuum forming machines, 3- and 5-axis milling machines, industrial robots, water cutting machines, 3D printers, 3D scanner.


CORONEL Sp. z o.o. offers services:

The company has been involved in vacuum thermoforming from the very beginning of its existence, today we can boast of having over twenty-five years  experience in this field. 

Vacuum thermoforming is a technology for producing plastic products. It involves heating a sheet of selected material to the appropriate temperature, which increases its elasticity, and then it is pulled onto a form using a vacuum, thanks to which the material takes the appropriate shape.

CNC

Milling cnc machine

This machine is designed for machining material using a sharp milling cutter and many more. Computer numerical control allows you to cut out elements with three-dimensional shapes and mill them.

Laser cutting CNC

Cutting using a laser beam allows you to cut out elements from wood, plexiglass or leather, as well as engrave the surface of various materials.

3d printing

Resin

Of the three 3D printing technologies available to us, resin allows for prints with the smoothest element surface and the most accurate reproduction of even the smallest details. This is due to the possibility of printing on a layer with a height of 0.025 mm and the use of MSLA technology.

powder

Printing using powder sintering is less accurate than printing with resin, the layer height is 0.11 mm, and the outer surface of the element comes out with a texture, but thanks to applying subsequent layers of material over the entire surface of the chamber, and only sintering in place of the element, the print does not requires supports. Thanks to this, it has a shorter product processing time compared to other printers.

filament

FDM printing is between resin and powder printing in terms of the surface quality of the element and its processing. Its biggest advantage is the price per print, it is much cheaper than other technologies.

Waterjet

A technology that allows us to cut metals, ceramics, granite, etc., using a high-pressure water jet. In addition, the benefit of using this technology is a smooth edge finish at the cutting place, as well as no burns or thickening of the material as with laser cutting.

3D SCANning

Thanks to the scanner, we are able to analyze the object to obtain all its parameters, including height, wall thickness and shape. This allows us to check whether our products have the desired dimensions or to create a 3D model from an already finished element.

In 2013, CORONEL company started implementing management systems
based on ISO 9001 standards, then in 2015 - ISO 14001. In April 2015, it obtained the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Certificate confirming that the Integrated Management System including the Quality Management System and the Environmental Management System of the company Coronel complies with the requirements of the norms. During the implementation processes and appropriate procedures were defined that meet the requirements of the above standards in the production and sale of plastic elements and water jet cutting services.

Since then, it has maintained an active certificate and carries out external and internal audits.

Due to the growing ecological awareness, the company takes into account the impact of its processes and products on the natural environment. The obligation to conduct public educational campaigns, resulting from the Act of June 13, 2013 on economy of packaging and packaging waste, through Eko Cykl Głos Odzysku Opakowania S.A.
